Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between [Property Owner/Manager Name] (“Owner”) and the undersigned tenant(s) (“Tenant”). The parties agree as follows:

1. Property

The Owner agrees to rent the property located at [Property Address] (“Property”) to the Tenant under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Term

3. Rent

The Tenant agrees to use the Property solely as a residential dwelling. The Tenant shall not conduct any commercial activities on the premises. The Tenant shall not engage in any illegal activities on the Property and shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations.

8. Occupants

Only the individuals listed in this Agreement are allowed to reside at the Property. Any additional occupants require the Owner’s written consent.

9. Pets

10. Subletting and Assignment
